To permanently address the intermittent timeout errors and slowness reported by a couple of organizations earlier today, we need to reconfigure and restart some back-end database services. This will result in the inability to sign in to or use MyBudgetFile for up to 10 minutes at a time during the maintenance window. Several of these interruptions in service may occur during the maintenance period.

The maintenance has been completed. All systems are fully operational again.
