Intermittent Errors and Slowness Mitigated

We have made temporary configuration changes to the system to alleviate the problem a couple of organizations had reported earlier today whose users were experiencing timeout errors and slowness on the Home page after signing in. A maintenance activity has been scheduled for 11 PM MST for up to one hour to attempt to permanently resolve the issue.

A couple of organizations have reported intermittent timeout errors and sluggishness when working in MyBudgetFile. The problems seem to occur most often when loading the Home screen after signing in.
Our DevOps team is working to identify the source of the problem and we will report more information when it becomes available.
